The Museum Broken Arrow Historic Mural Work Begins

Broken Arrow, OK- The Museum Broken Arrow announced today that mural artist Carlos Barboza has begun work on their public art mural project. This large-‐scale 54’x32’ work of art is set to be completed by June 1, 2021, in downtown Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, on the south exterior museum wall.

“This is an exciting time for Broken Arrow, especially our museum. Carlos’ mural design had the most community votes and we could not be more thrilled to be working with such a talented artist. We are in awe of what he has completed here thus far and hope everyone takes a moment to come by and see him in action!” said Brown, The Museum BA Executive Director.

The Museum Broken Arrow is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in historic downtown Broken Arrow. In addition to showcasing local history, the Museum also offers traveling art exhibits, events, educational opportunities, and facility rental.
